True Bruin Values recognition form

Recognizing a fellow Bruin is a simple way to celebrate the values that strengthen our UCLA community. Use this form to recognize a faculty member, staff member, student or alumnus whose actions demonstrated Integrity, Excellence, and/or Belonging.
Share a brief story describing:

  • Which True Bruin Value(s) do they demonstrate
  • The actions or behaviors that inspired your recognition
  • The positive impact they had on you, others or the UCLA community

Together, these stories become examples of Values in action, highlighting how Bruins bring our values to life across campus.

Focus on a specific moment or example that made a difference. Your story doesn’t need to be lengthy or perfectly written. A few sentences are all we need.
